How to Vote on MEZO Gauges

此内容尚不支持你的语言。

MEZO Gauges are voted on with veMEZO, on their own page, independently of veBTC gauge voting and boost matching.

You do not need veBTC, an LP position, or a position in the destination pool to vote. See How to Lock MEZO if you don’t have veMEZO yet.

  1. Go to the Vote tab on mezo.org, switch to veMEZO voting, and open the MEZO Gauges page at mezo.org/earn/vote/mezo.

  2. Review the available gauges. Each row lists the destination protocol and chain, the gauge (destination pool), any incentives posted on the gauge, and the distribution date.

  3. Enter the percentage of your veMEZO voting power you want to allocate to each gauge. You can split across several, for example 60% to Aerodrome USDC/MUSD and 40% to Curve USDT/USDC/MUSD.

  4. Click Submit Votes and sign the transaction.

Your allocation is registered for the current epoch as soon as the transaction confirms.

MEZO Gauges follow the same weekly cycle as the rest of Mezo Earn.

  • Epochs run 7 days, turning over Thursday 00:00 UTC
  • Voting opens one hour into the epoch (Thursday 01:00 UTC) and closes one hour before the next turnover (Wednesday 23:00 UTC)
  • Votes are tallied at the turnover, and each gauge’s MEZO allocation is set by its share of total veMEZO votes cast on MEZO Gauges

Unvoted emissions. MEZO is split across MEZO Gauges strictly in proportion to the votes cast. A gauge that receives no votes receives no MEZO, and its share is spread across the gauges that did get votes. Voting power you leave unallocated simply does not influence the split, and earns you no incentives.

Your allocation persists across epochs until you change it. If you are happy with your split, you do not need to re-submit every week — it keeps earning you a share of that gauge’s incentives each epoch.

You can only vote once per epoch per lock. Once your vote confirms, that lock’s MEZO Gauge allocation is locked in for the rest of the epoch and the page shows it as read-only until the next turnover.

To change it: return to the MEZO Gauges page, enter a new allocation, and submit — the new split fully replaces the old one. If the lock already voted this epoch, it cannot vote again until the next turnover.

To reset it: use Reset to withdraw your voting power from MEZO Gauges entirely. You cannot reset in the same epoch you already voted, because each lock gets one voter action per epoch.

Does this affect my boost or my veBTC votes?

Section titled “Does this affect my boost or my veBTC votes?”

No. Voting on MEZO Gauges is independent:

  • It does not consume veMEZO you are using to boost a veBTC position, and does not reduce a boost you have already provided
  • It does not require a poke — poking refreshes veBTC boosted weight, which MEZO Gauge voting does not touch
  • It has no effect on where your veBTC votes send staking gauge emissions
